Registration

The registration fee for one child is $55.00 and $50.00 for each additional sibling.

To register for the Fall season we will be holding several in person registration dates.

Yale School gym: 5/16/2014 sign ups from 2-6 PM.

LaCenter Community Center: 5/30/2014 & 6/07/2014 from 3-7 PM.

Woodland Community Center: 6/06/2014 & 5/31/2014 from 3-7 PM.

Yacolt Town Hall: 5/13/2014 from 3-7 PM.

If you are registering a new player please bring a copy of their birth certificate.

You can also follow the eAYSO link to register your child online. Please print out the form, sign it and mail it along with a check made payable to AYSO region 1167 to P.O.Box 1434 Woodland WA, 98674.
